I'd say tonight was all about battling the different & varied Warforged within the Sanctuary Towers. These battles were significant and some VERY lengthy! In the end the group did well and had no, losses!
We start next week ending in Sanctuary Building #6still looking for the last piece!
Kylor Speaks; My Seadogs it appears that there is a tough decision before the group. Do we actually believe that this thing was once a real creature or is it a thing that believes it was once a real living creature?? Do we release a warforged magical construct upon the world and allow it to do as it wishes? After the last mistake with the crazed Seaelf, I would prefer that we leave things as they are, for now until we learn more. I vote to keep it here ... the warforged are here for a reason.
I want to support this...i agree this might seems to have been a potential act against nature and that is important to my Druidic friend...
But if this will lead to evil acts as a result of this decison that that is on us as a group, and me as a Paladin
Can we agree that if this warforged can agree so seek justice without committing an act of evil such as murder, and the like, then I will agree to move forward...perhaps he can extract a benefit from the accused that will satisfy him without taking a life...
I feel there is probably no right or wrong action here. You two , both have your valid reasons for this situation. My vote is leave him there. Mainly because we shouldn't have released the last one that was imprisoned. Also these warforged were put here for some reason. And they cant leave the areas they are in. I am beginning to think this place is more like a prison. And these warforged where put here as some punishment for a crime or something like that.
Quaivol I am trying to understand your investment in freeing this warforged creature....I just cannot see why you are so convicted?
We know he seeks revenge on his creator as he shared as much....I relaize he didn't have to share that...but will that be any consolation if he murders someone? and will it absolve us of responsibility in freeing him?
Please help me understand...so this decison can be made?
I feel it’s more of a gut feeling. He openly shared this with us. I feel if he was a creature of nature and was corrupted into what he is now
Then as an agent of nature, I do feel the right thing is to release him. If he seeks vengeance (or justice as you have said) against those that have done this to him. I am all for it
Do we really have the right to stop ones from getting perceived justice?
He is not evil, does not appear to be insane as the sea-elf was. We have no proof of his actions. I remind you that we did willingly against my council unleash a insane mass murdering sea elf upon the denizens of the Deacon Ocean
