He worked an inn which the group rested in at Montravail and kept popping in during their rest saying "hi" and assuring their safety. Was very pleasant and charming but there was distrust by some thinking he may be a ploy of Desicus.

I'd figure a BIG LOSS in NOT accepting, but the group considered bringing him to Captain Bluebeard to determine the final outcome.
