First the group defeated their enemies in the pub and congratulations on a very tough battle at an early level. After, the group was split into two groups and challenged to capture a dolphin which Captain Bluebeard demanded and needed for to complete a contractual arrangement. The group was divided with Sindrax and Kadan as one group and Viceak and Taladel as the other. In the end Sindrax and Kadan were able to capture and return a dolphin to Captain Bluebeard first in order for him to claim his payment of offering them better magical weapons.
Captain Bluebeard has been quite happy and impressed with the group as a total. He actually paid for prostitutes for the night along with a full night of drinks at a local pub which he even rented out for the evening. Things are looking good.
From here the group is excited to engage in Taskow's Treasure Hunt and finally bring Captain Bluebeard and the Wicked Wench victory in this challenge. The danger and challenges seem tough, but the thrill and excitement as pirates seems even more! However, all are not the "pirate" type. And remember if you do NOT win Taskow's Treasure Hunt Capitan Bluebeard said that you, along with all previous crew members will be tossed to the sharks.
So, many questions come to mind. First is if you don't win will you defend yourselves against Captain Bluebeard in an attempt to kill him, so he doesn't kill you? Will you attempt to negotiate and look for a once in a lifetime reprise from losing? Or will you do something different? I always think it's best to plan for the worst-case scenario and hope for the best!
Very fun game for me. I'm talking top of the line at a good 9! LOVE THE BUCCANEER ATITUDE!
AWESOME GAME
Taladel speaks:
I am up for this competition and feel we will do well. I know we will have a change of luck for the Wicked Wench from past failures. With that said...I am also confident that the Captain is merely looking to provide the best type of motivation for success and not really going to have anyone executed. I do not feel evil from this man. I believe in him...
Avast ye! I agree this here competition with Taskow's Treasure 'unt be goin' to be a real challenge fer us, As a crew it will require some heave ho and to batten down the hatches. I fer one know fer a fact that the Wicked Wench 'as not won the Treasure 'unt within the past seven years. This here be why Cap'n bluebeard be wantin' this here fer the 'imself an' the wicked wench.
'owever, I feel that there the goddess Desna an' the seven seas will bless our ship an' crew this here year, an' we will be winnin' that there ther treasure 'unt. So come me mates lets 'ave faith in our abilties, our crewmates, an' our Cap'n's leadership. Me Hearties, we are not no lilly-livered scallywags or some bilge-sucking sons of bicuits eaters , we are sea dogs and that there ther treasure 'unt is as good as ours.
in case things do 'it the sails, 'avin' a plan o' action be not a bad thin' fer I have no plans to be keelhauled or dance the hempen jig. Let’s turn out thoughts and energy to our victory in that ther Taskow's Treasure 'unt
Yeah this situation with the trinkets, could go south and in a very bad way. The captain did tells us about what will happen if we.dont win. Would he ever go back on his word. Probadly not, since it's like a reputation thing. And that could make him look real bad. I do truly love the little mini games that we are playing, with cards/dolphins. It just breaks up the path of the game, into little fun things. Dont get me wrong , the whole game is fun. It's just nice little, switch gears for 15 minutes or so. I am truly liking this campaign. I feel we can go in any direction with this campaign. And the campaign itself can go in any direction.
