I could be way off base, but I think a leader of you adventurers from the Wicked Wench needs to be appointed. Of course, you would have no leadership on or around the Wicked Wench, but when set off on tasks it's important to have someone in that role. Just a thought and curious if you think it's time for this to happen.
To me a few characters have shown leadership qualities. As a matter of fact, I can consider just about all as a leader for this group if I stretch it a bit! Please remember that your character not being a good leader by NO MEANS they are not an excellent PC!
Mianna Fisk was an excellent, intelligent, powerful NPC but in truth she was NOT a good leader regardless of how BOOM, SHAKKA, LAKKA, awesome she was! Haven't said that in a while!
I'm going to make this VERY EASY for the Bonus XP's this week and put the secret word right here in the current post. Well, all secret words are in current posts, but this is the most read and easiest place to find it. So, TEXT, EMAIL or SAY IT to me at the game and gain 1,000 xp's. The secret word is ZAERUN! Anybody remember this PC? I purposely used a PC of John's so it could irritate him in not getting the bonus xp's even when the secret word is his former characters name. However, maybe I'm wrong and he will or one of you will lead him to the secret word.
I have to agree with Pete; no one has established themselves as potential leader. However, I do think a few have shown good leadership qualities
I don't feel like anyone has established them-self as potential leader. I would struggle picking one person if we voted today.
Well that definitely narrows it down alot. Wow. I am in the runnings 🤪
Well, they are NOT human or dwarven!
I am dieing to know, who you think that one player for leadership should be, and the other 2 runners up.
My opinion is there is 1 character that stands out as leader above the rest. I'm not saying their character will make a great leader (not player) as I question that, but they are showing themselves in game to be one that desires leadership or at least taking charge. That doesn't always make the best leader, but I believe this character is pushing themselves in that direction. Besides the one I believe wants leadership but may not be best there are two others I think would make a good leader for this group. Always remember this has nothing to do with you as a player and your role playing or involvement in the game. It's simply who is role playing themselves in a manner that seems to fit the leadership role.
A leader is a very tough place to be in the group. Not just this group, but any. I feel I leader has to take all things into effect. Espically when it comes to characters beliefs. You always want to move the group forward, as a whole. Trying to have everyone, on the same page, and intrest in situation, is always key. And helps tremendously for mission success. I know that cant always be the case. And sometimes, the leader just has to say. That's its we are moving forward regardless, if everyone agrees or not. This groups diemantic is a bit tricky. We most ,living the pirate life. And others trying to do the right thing, regardless. Do we have someone to find this balance? I feel ,the borderlands mission, if we continue on with it. Could possibly find, this someone, within the group.
Kylor Speaks: I believe that a real leader with great leadership is not the best, nor have all the answers, but they always bring out the best in others. They not only set themselves up for success but, most importantly, giving those that follow him the opportunity to share their experience, expertise, and most importantly, shine.
I believe this will be decided during this mission. I do feel that there are a few viable options for leadership.
