Mini Box Audit | World of Krinthius

Who remembers when we spent an entire day (it was outside a game day, and I simply asked who'd be interested and like to help). I know most came over to help and we went through every box of minis I had auditing each to ensure the correct mini was in their section along with the correct number. That must have been 6 or more years ago! Well, don't fret as I am NOT asking for that again.

With the number of minis, I have I think it would take a full week! However, what I may ask is for us to do a 1 BOX audit each week. In truth the reason is I KNOW some minis are NOT in their right section and it is impossible for me to find them with the numbers I have. This upsets me when I choose the perfect mini from my spreadsheet, and it is NOT in its intended section.

In the end don't feel any pressure and don't feel this will take much time from the game week to week. As I said it would only be one box a week so would be no more than 5 minutes or so. However, doing 1 Box a week will take us close to a year to complete!

Thoughts, suggestions, ideas or hatred or love with this? Be honest. Now I always think there is some fun for you doing this as you get to see minis in my collection that we've never fought and I'm sure you've never seen before. Gives you a sneak peek into the most exclusive mini collection in the world. OK, maybe not the world, but who knows 🤣!

Another point. I'm not sure the best way to go about this and we will learn as we go. One Box a week might be a bother as going through the minis might be to cramped for all players to participate. Not having all participate is a waste of time for the ones not. Maybe 2-3 boxes week? There is NO rush with this and I don't care how long it takes to complete but I do need this done.

Also, I know the problems are more with the most recent 10 or so boxes. I believe and have evidence from pulling minis that the older 35 boxes or so are close to perfect.

I can pay you 1 temporary bonus hit point an hour! 😀 I'm open to negotiation.

I say we do 2 boxes a week before the game, once the point grab game is over....If that goes well, we go to 3 boxes. In a few months it will be done...

I think scheduling a Friday, or some other night, other than game night. To do this, is the way to go.. It will only require 1-2 other people. We only have 4 hrs of game time a week. This task can be done, outside of that 4 hrs. Plus it would be fun anyway to hangout, outside of game day. And just bullsh-t with each other. Talk shop and stuff.
