I appreciate all at the game, but I also appreciate the posts on the boards. With that said besides the xp bonus per post there is something I've brewed up. With each post there is a chance to gain an additional 2,500 xp's. WHAT? Well with every post you have a 3% chance to gain an extra 2,500 xp. You do not gain 2,500 xp per post BUT each post increases your % chance to gain these 2,500 xp's by 3%. Every post gives you a cumulative 3% chance per week to gain these bonus xp's. I'll roll this chance every week just before the game.
So, if you've posted 3x that week you'd have a 9% chance to gain a 2,500 xp bonus. If you posted 10x that week you'd have a 30% chance to gain the bonus xp's.
Keep in mind I will only allow relevant posts and no continuation of one thought with multiple posts. Each post must be relevant and self serving. I want to reward my friendly posters as it gives me joy and I feel is great for the game. The more board activity the better for the game so why not reward it.
Like it or not I'm a strong believer in after-game activity on the boards for a campaign and WILL reward it. Your posts do make the game better and more enjoyable.
Dwarf saying 'the posts will sing if you let them'. Meese sing plentiful this week.
